LG Mobile One Price Program

At LG Electronics Canada, Inc. ("LG") we are pleased to be able to provide our customers with exceptional service options such as the LG MC One Price Program. For a pre-disclosed set price, the LG MC One Price Program includes the service, parts, and labour required to fix a single issue affecting an eligible LG mobile product. The LG MC One Price Program is, however, subject to certain limitations. These are more fully detailed in this Terms & Conditions document, which should be reviewed thoroughly.

Not all LG mobile products qualify for the LG MC One Price Program, and products that have been altered, neglected, refurbished, sold or purchased “as is”, purchased outside of Canada, or products where the serial number attached to the unit has been removed, been defaced or otherwise been made illegible are not eligible for the LG MC One Price Program. Age of product may also affect eligibility. To determine if your product qualifies for the LG MC One Price Program, visit LGOnePrice.ca or speak with a LG service representative at 1-888-542-2623. Prices vary based on year, model and serial number of product. Within 48 hours of purchase, customer may cancel purchase of the LG MC One Price Program without penalty. No refund will be given for customer cancellations occurring more than 48 hours after purchase of the LG MC One Price Program.

Under the LG MC One Price Program, LG may, at its option and discretion, repair, replace or exchange, parts or components with an equivalent that is new or refurbished. Only one mechanical or electrical issue will be addressed under the LG MC One Price Program, but purchase of the LG MC One Price Program does not guarantee repair of product. Multiple issues affecting a LG mobile product will not be covered by the purchase of a single LG MC One Price Program. In the event LG deems that the product cannot be repaired within the scope of the LG MC One Price Program, customer will be refunded the cost of the LG MC One Price Program, Repairs made under the LG MC One Price Program are warranted for the 30 days immediately following the date of the initial repair. Warranty is limited to repair of the original issue, and does not cover damage related to improper storage, misuse, abuse, reconfiguration of product, use of the product that is inconsistent with the design of the product or the way the manufacturer intended the product to be used, repair by persons other than a LG authorized service technician, operator negligence, failure to maintain product, accident, mishandling, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, freezing, power failure, inadequate power supply, use of non-LG accessories, acts of war, acts of god, or equipment used in an industrial or commercial setting. Warranty does not cover any other damages or associated losses, including but not limited to, consequential or incidental damage, lost time, lost savings, damage due to delays or failure in furnishing parts or services, for inability to render service, or for other any reason. All express and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 30 days immediately following the date of the LG MC One Price Program initial repair. No warranties express or implied, will apply after this period. Unless otherwise governed by applicable provincial law, the LG MC One Price Programs and Warranty will be interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the Province of Ontario
